Frequently Asked Questions From The Mailbag

Dear Nathan,

I love the music that plays before and after you tell your stories. Where can I find more?

Sincerely,

Curious Carole

I’m glad to hear that you enjoy that music! All the music is by Jason Shaw, as I state at the end of every story when he plays.

You can find all of his music here, from this magic text : http://audionautix.com/

Dear Nathan,

I don’t like swears and I try to avoid them as much as possible.

I also was hoping to find something that I could enjoy with my children, so I’ve been trying to avoid sexually explicit content.

Can I have your word that you will abstain from both of these things now and forever?

Sincerely,

Eric Samuels-Ricardo Bernard.

Well, I do try to tell my stories without the harsh language that some other bards use. Not that I’m opposed to such a thing. I just like to orate to a wider audience. So yes, I do abstain from foul language.

However, I cannot promise that my stories will never contain themes which may be for mature audiences. What I -can- promise is that if I’m going to touch upon such a theme, I will warn you ahead of time.

Dear Nathan,

Are all of your stories original stories? I feel like I’ve heard something like this before.

Sincerely,

Doubting Dennis

These are all one hundred percent my own stories! I would know, since I’ve lived through all of them. There may be some references to popular culture, but you can be assured that all of my tales are crafted from scratch by me, Nathan Oakburn.
